Palmer Wines were recently awarded the 2011 WIAWA wine industry award for the Most Outstanding Cellar Door / Wine Tourism Facility.

The 10th Annual WA Wine Industry Awards Gala was held on Friday the 25th of November, cocktail style at the Western Australian Museum to celebrate excellence in the WA wine industry.

This award is especially pleasing to Steve and Helen Palmer who have personally supervised the creation of the Cellar Door and Restaurant from construction, to staffing and day to day operations .

Saying that Palmers Cellar Door is a ‘labour of love’ is apt with the Palmers and their dedicated team going beyond the call to ensure all who visit are treated with the highest service possible.

This award caps of an incredible year for Palmer Wines, with many their Red and White wines achieving gold, silver and bronze medals awarded at a number of Wine Shows across Australia.
