- Maturation in 100% French oak for 9 months ( 33% new oak 33% 1 year old & 33% 2yr old )
- COLOUR: clear light straw
- AROMA: attractive aroma of white peach, pear, nectarine, citrus, toasty oak and crème brulee.
- PALATE: Great fruit weight and displaying peach rockmelon and lime juice flavours with hints of brioche and preserved lemon. The wine has great acid drive, is richly flavoured with a creamy texture and long finish.
